"Native Carousel" was inspired by the Endangered Species Carousel at the Kansas City Zoo.
Growing up, I always loved that special attention was paid to the art surrounding the endangered animals. I took that into account with this Native Species Carousel by making sure that the flowers and bugs surrounding the native animals were also native to Missouri.
